Omegna has no accounts and does not ask for your name or email. Your demo account and the agents you build live in your own browser. Your browser fetches market data directly from public services, which therefore see your IP address. When an agent asks Hermes about a signal, the signal and your instructions for that agent pass through our server to a model provider.
1. What we collect
Omegna has no accounts and no forms, so it does not collect personal data through them.
The service that hosts the site, Vercel, keeps standard request logs, such as IP address, browser type and the page requested, to deliver and protect the site. We may use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies.
2. What stays in your browser
Your demo account (its paper balance, positions, orders and history), the agents you create, their settings, their paper records and Hermes' verdicts, and some of your choices in the terminal are saved in your browser's local storage on your device. They are not sent to us. Clearing your browser data removes them, and another browser or device starts from zero.
3. Services your browser talks to
To show live prices and charts, your browser connects directly to:
- Hyperliquid (api.hyperliquid.xyz, app.hyperliquid.xyz): perpetual markets, candles, funding history and market logos;
- Jupiter (lite-api.jup.ag): prices of tokenized stocks on Solana;
- GeckoTerminal (api.geckoterminal.com): charts of tokenized stocks.
These services receive your IP address and standard browser information and handle them under their own privacy policies.
If you give an agent a webhook address, your browser sends that agent's events (trades, signals, guard actions) to the address you entered. If you turn on browser notifications, they are shown by your browser and do not pass through us.
4. Agents and Hermes
Agents set to a Hermes tier ask a language model about each signal their strategy fires. For every such call your browser sends to our server: the instructions you wrote for that agent, its risk limits, and the market data of that one signal (prices, volume, the time of the bar). Our server forwards this to OpenRouter, which routes it to the inference provider that serves the model; that provider may be in another country. We do not send your wallet address, and we do not keep the content of these calls on our side, beyond the standard request logs described above. The providers handle it under their own policies.
Do not put personal information in an agent's instructions. Agents set to Rules only never call the model.
5. Cookies
Omegna sets one cookie, and only after you sign in with your wallet: it keeps you signed in and is read by our server to know whose agents to show. It holds your wallet address and an expiry, nothing else. There are no analytics or advertising cookies, so there is no consent banner to click. Signing out removes it, and so does clearing your browser data.
6. Wallets
You can start a demo account without a wallet: your browser makes up a random address for it. If you connect a wallet instead, Omegna reads only its public address and uses it to label your demo account in this browser. It asks for no signature and sends no transaction, and the address is not sent to us. When live trading arrives, wallet addresses and transactions will be public on their blockchain by design, and this policy will be updated before that happens.
7. Children
Omegna is not meant for anyone under 18.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the current version.
