1. What Omegna is
Omegna is a web interface. It shows market data for perpetual futures listed on Hyperliquid and on markets that third parties deploy on Hyperliquid, such as trade.xyz, and prices of tokenized stocks on Solana issued by Backed (xStocks). It also gives you a demo account with paper money to trade those markets by hand, and lets you build trading agents and run them on paper.
Today Omegna does not execute live orders, accept deposits or hold funds. Agents trade on paper: their results are simulated on market prices, with fees and slippage estimated.
2. No advice
Nothing on Omegna is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or an offer to buy or sell anything. Agent strategies, signals and paper results are information, not recommendations. Paper results describe the past and do not predict the future.
3. Risks you accept
- Perpetual futures use leverage. A position can lose faster than the asset moves and can be liquidated.
- A stop does not guarantee a price. In a fast market an order can fill past its level.
- Market data comes from third parties and can be delayed, wrong or unavailable.
- Markets that third parties deploy on Hyperliquid use oracles and rules set by those deployers. Pre-IPO markets, such as OpenAI and Anthropic, are not backed by shares: their price comes from the market's oracle.
- Tokenized stocks are issued by a third party. They may not give shareholder rights, and the issuer can freeze, pause or reclaim tokens under its own terms.
- An agent can be wrong. Its model can misread a situation, and a strategy that worked on paper can lose money with real funds.
4. Eligibility
You are responsible for making sure that using Omegna and trading the products it shows is legal where you live. Tokenized stocks on Solana are not offered to US persons. Do not use Omegna if you are under 18 or if the law in your country prohibits it.
5. Agents
When you create an agent, you choose its strategy, its markets and its limits. The limits are hard: the agent and its model can make it stricter, never looser. You remain responsible for the agents you create and for any trade you decide to take on their signals. You can pause or stop an agent at any time.
An autopilot agent keeps its own paper account from the moment you deploy it: its trades are recomputed from real market bars, with fees and slippage estimated, and do not touch your demo balance. A copilot can open trades in your demo account when you click, or by itself if you choose automatic mode. A guard can put stops on, trail, cut or close the positions in your demo account under the rules you set. All of this is paper money.
Hermes, the model behind agents, can be wrong, slow or unavailable. When it does not answer, the signal waits and the agent does not act on it.
6. Third-party services
Trading venues, data providers, token issuers and wallets are independent of Omegna. Their own terms apply to your use of them, and Omegna is not responsible for their availability, prices or actions.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use Omegna to break the law, manipulate markets, attack or overload the site or its data sources, or get around its security. Do not request data from Omegna with automated tools at a rate that degrades the service for others.
8. No warranty
Omegna is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend or stop any part of it at any time.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Omegna and its contributors are not liable for any loss that arises from your use of the site, its data or its agents, including trading losses, lost profits and lost data.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. If you keep using Omegna after a change, you accept the updated terms.
